1. Underpan functions

Anti-rust, anti-corrosion.

 Acid rain, storm, humidity, salt and chemical substance in the nature are eroding your car all the time. The corrosion in car iron parts is happening always in any parts from underpan, car body, engine to shady corner. Most branded cars only have partially anti-rust management which is a management with low technology content and can’t anti-rust radically. Although some car body adopts double side zincification steel board which reduce the corrosion radically. However the fatal weak point of it is afraid of scrubbing. Once there is a damage, there form numerous dense-difference batteries. This electrochemicstry reaction will cause more severe corrosion than oxugenation corrosion.

Sound insulation

Sound always comes from the following parts:

Underpan

A. Hanging system parts loosing or aging.

B. Car soleplate is with poor sound insulation material to form road noise.

C. Driving system bring noise, hanging parts failure.

Aging or transmutation by outer strength.

Tyre

 A. Noise by driving on uneven road;

B. Noise between tyre and road passes to inside of the car.

Engine

A. Lower parts of the dashboard, noise comes from firewall to inside of the car.

B. Engine running noise and shake pass from firewall to inside of the car.

Gate mast, luggage box bottom, wing cavum.

A. car body resonance to arise noise due to poor assembling.

B. Hollow inside of the gate mast to cause car body shake and noise resonance.

C. Long time open and close the car gate to cause tenon loose.

Car roof

 A. Resist sunshine heat-conduct and strengthen cold room effect.

B. Car roof too thin to cause resonance between rain drop and car body.

Assembling

A. Noises arise out of assembling and poor design.

Botny underpan protection features:

This product is with high-density, good adhesive ability and sound insulation effect. Only spray Botny product will form a protection coat to your car. It will never dry, harden, crack in hot or freezing weather to protect your car from corrosion, rust and give you a quiet world while sitting in the car.

Useage

 1. The surface should be clean and free from any grease and film and cover place which no need to spray.

2. (Spray can) Shake forcibly before use and make the glass ball to roll inside easily and shake during use. (1000L 2000L package) Shake 1~2 min and open the can cover, remove the seal, plug in Botny special spray gun and collect with 0.6~0.8Mpa compressed air.

3. Have a test in inconspicuous place or abandoned parts to see the spray result. Spray coming and going evenly with a distance of 15~25 to spraying surface. To avoid mark or droop, we suggest spray three times. After the first spray, use car putty to fill; after the first spray dries(No later than 15 min), spray again. It will have good sound insulation effect if the thickness is up to 1.5mm. Spraying under 70~90F(21~32C) will reach the perfect effect. Use cloth to dip fire or water or volatilization liquid to clean the mis-sprayed area.

4. Clean the actuator(Spray can) or spray gun after use, turn the can upside down and spray to appear clean gas.

5. This product will dry to solid after 4~6 hours depending on operation temperation.

6. Can’t spray other paint or material after using this products.

7. Can’t be used on catalyse transition machine, exhausting system, engine and running axes with extremely high temperature.

8. Don’t put long term in car luggage room or carriage.

Attentions:

1. Please don not spur or burn the empty can.

2. Do not use in fire source area, can’t be shinned long term and store in high temperature area(Above 120F or 49C)

3. Avoid contacting eyes, skins and clothes. Can’t swallow, clean your hands with clean water after use.

4. Operation in well-ventilated air.

5. If feel hard to breath, please leave the operation area to breath fresh air, if still hard to breath, please go to see a doctor.

6. If contact with eyes, clean using clean water immediately for at least 15 min and go to see a doctor.

7. If contact with skin, please clean using clean water.

8. Keep out of the reach of children.
